Service Description
OXOCO provides a cloud-based point-of-sale platform for businesses including restaurants, cafes, salons, spas, gyms, and retail stores. Our services include order management, payment processing, inventory tracking, and business analytics.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete business information
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
Pricing and Payment
OXOCO is offered at $10/month per business. All features are included in this single price. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all business data entered into OXOCO. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. You may export your data at any time.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify users in advance of planned maintenance.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting support.
