Welcome to OXOCO
OXOCO is a universal point-of-sale system designed for restaurants, cafes, salons, spas, gyms, and retail businesses. This guide will help you get started quickly.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Visit oxoco.com and click Get Started Free. You'll need:
- A valid email address
- Your business name
- Your business type (restaurant, cafe, salon, etc.)
After registering, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link to activate your account.
Step 2: Set Up Your Business
Once logged in, complete your business profile:
- Business Details - Name, address, phone number, and logo
- Operating Hours - Set your regular business hours
- Locations - Add one or more physical locations
- Currency - Choose USD ($) or Khmer Riel (៛)
Step 3: Build Your Menu
Navigate to Menu > Categories and create your first category:
- Click New Category
- Enter the name in English and Khmer
- Set the display order
- Save
Then add items under each category:
- Go to Menu > Items
- Click New Item
- Fill in name, price, and description
- Assign it to a category
- Optionally add modifier groups (sizes, extras, etc.)
Step 4: Configure Your Tables
If you run a dine-in business:
- Go to Tables in the admin panel
- Click New Table
- Enter the table number and capacity
- A unique QR code is automatically generated
Print the QR codes and place them on each table for customer self-ordering.
Step 5: Start Taking Orders
You're ready to go! Open the POS from the admin sidebar to start taking orders. Your staff can:
- Select items from the menu
- Apply modifiers and special instructions
- Assign orders to tables
- Process payments
