Payment Methods
OXOCO supports multiple payment methods:
| Method | Description |
|---|---|
| Cash | Physical cash with change calculation |
| Card | Credit/debit card via integrated terminal |
| Mobile | Mobile payment apps (ABA, Wing, etc.) |
| Split | Combine multiple methods for one order |
Taking a Cash Payment
- With items in the cart, tap Pay
- Select Cash
- Enter the amount received
- The system calculates change due
- Tap Complete to finalize
Taking a Card Payment
- Tap Pay and select Card
- The amount is sent to the card terminal
- Customer taps or inserts their card
- Once approved, the order is marked as paid
Split Payments
When a customer wants to split the bill:
- Tap Pay and select Split Payment
- Enter the amount for the first payment method
- Choose the payment method (cash, card, etc.)
- Add additional payment methods for the remaining balance
- Complete when the full amount is covered
Partial Payments
For situations where payment will be completed later:
- Take the partial payment as usual
- The remaining balance is tracked on the order
- When the customer returns, open the order and pay the balance
Discounts
Apply discounts before processing payment:
- In the cart, tap Discount
- Choose percentage or fixed amount
- Enter the discount value
- The total updates automatically
Refunds
To refund a completed order:
- Find the order in Orders list
- Open the order details
- Tap Refund
- Select full or partial refund
- Confirm the refund
