Business Settings
Configure your business name, address, and preferences
Accessing Settings
Navigate to Settings in the admin sidebar to configure your business.
General Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Business Name | Appears on receipts, menus, and reports |
| Business Type | Restaurant, Cafe, Salon, Spa, Gym, or Retail |
| Phone | Contact number shown to customers |
| Business email for system notifications | |
| Address | Physical location, used for delivery calculations |
| Logo | Displayed on receipts and customer menu |
Operating Hours
Set your regular business hours:
- Go to Settings > Business Hours
- For each day of the week, set open and close times
- Toggle days off (e.g., closed on Sundays)
- Save
Operating hours control:
- When the POS is accessible
- When the customer menu accepts orders
- Dashboard reporting periods
Currency Settings
- Go to Settings > Currency
- Choose your primary currency:
- USD ($) - US Dollar
- KHR (៛) - Khmer Riel
- Set decimal places and symbol position
Tax Settings
- Go to Settings > Tax
- Set your tax rate (e.g., 10%)
- Choose whether prices are tax-inclusive or exclusive
- Tax is calculated and shown on receipts
