Print and manage order receipts

Receipt Types

OXOCO supports two receipt formats:

Type Description
Thermal Printed on a thermal receipt printer (80mm or 58mm)
Digital Displayed on screen or sent via SMS/email

Printing a Receipt

After completing a payment:

  1. A receipt is automatically generated
  2. If a printer is connected, it prints automatically
  3. To reprint, open the order and tap Print Receipt

Receipt Contents

Each receipt includes:

  • Business name and logo
  • Date and time
  • Order number
  • Table number (for dine-in)
  • Itemized list with quantities and prices
  • Subtotal, tax, and total
  • Payment method
  • Staff member name

Receipt Printer Setup

Connecting a Thermal Printer

  1. Connect the printer via USB or network
  2. Go to Settings > Receipt Printer
  3. Select the printer from the list
  4. Print a test page to verify

Supported Printers

OXOCO works with most ESC/POS compatible thermal printers:

  • Epson TM series
  • Star TSP series
  • Generic 80mm/58mm USB printers

Reprinting Receipts

To reprint a receipt for any past order:

  1. Go to Orders in the admin panel
  2. Find the order by number, date, or table
  3. Click on the order
  4. Tap Reprint Receipt

Digital Receipts

If no printer is available:

  1. After payment, tap Show Receipt
  2. The receipt displays on screen
  3. The customer can scan a QR code to save it
