Exporting Data

Download reports and data as CSV files

Overview

OXOCO lets you export data as CSV files for use in spreadsheets, accounting software, or payroll systems.

Available Exports

Data Location Format
Orders Analytics > Orders CSV
Revenue Report Analytics > Revenue CSV
Top Selling Items Analytics > Items CSV
Staff Time Entries Staff > Time Entries CSV
Inventory Inventory CSV
Customer List Customers CSV

Exporting Orders

  1. Go to Analytics or Orders
  2. Apply any date range or status filters
  3. Click Export CSV
  4. The file downloads with columns:
    • Order number, date, table, type
    • Items, quantities, prices
    • Subtotal, tax, discount, total
    • Payment method, status, staff

Exporting Revenue Reports

  1. Go to Analytics > Revenue
  2. Select the date range
  3. Click Export
  4. The file includes daily revenue summaries

Exporting Staff Time

  1. Go to Staff and select a team member
  2. Open their Time Entries tab
  3. Filter by date range
  4. Click Export CSV
  5. The file includes clock in/out times and total hours

Tips

  • Use date range filters before exporting to limit the data
  • CSV files open in Excel, Google Sheets, and Numbers
  • Export regularly for backup and accounting purposes
