Add team members to your OXOCO business

Overview

OXOCO uses an invitation system to add staff members. Each staff member gets their own login credentials and role-based permissions.

Sending an Invitation

  1. Navigate to Staff > Invitations in the admin panel
  2. Click Invite Staff Member
  3. Fill in the details:
    • Email Address - Where the invitation will be sent
    • Name - The staff member's display name
    • Role - Admin, Manager, or Staff
  4. Click Send Invitation

The staff member will receive an email with a link to set up their account.

Invitation Status

Status Meaning
Pending Invitation sent, not yet accepted
Accepted Staff member has created their account
Expired Invitation was not accepted in time
Cancelled You cancelled the invitation

Cancelling an Invitation

If you need to revoke an invitation before it's accepted:

  1. Go to Staff > Invitations
  2. Find the pending invitation
  3. Click Cancel

What Staff Members See

When a staff member clicks the invitation link, they will:

  1. See a welcome page with your business name
  2. Create a password for their account
  3. Be redirected to the admin panel with their assigned role

PIN Login for POS

Staff members can also log into the POS using a PIN code:

  1. Each staff member can set a 4-6 digit PIN in their profile
  2. At the POS, tap Switch User or Clock In
  3. Enter the PIN to access the POS with their permissions
