Overview
OXOCO uses an invitation system to add staff members. Each staff member gets their own login credentials and role-based permissions.
Sending an Invitation
- Navigate to Staff > Invitations in the admin panel
- Click Invite Staff Member
- Fill in the details:
- Email Address - Where the invitation will be sent
- Name - The staff member's display name
- Role - Admin, Manager, or Staff
- Click Send Invitation
The staff member will receive an email with a link to set up their account.
Invitation Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Invitation sent, not yet accepted |
| Accepted | Staff member has created their account |
| Expired | Invitation was not accepted in time |
| Cancelled | You cancelled the invitation |
Cancelling an Invitation
If you need to revoke an invitation before it's accepted:
- Go to Staff > Invitations
- Find the pending invitation
- Click Cancel
What Staff Members See
When a staff member clicks the invitation link, they will:
- See a welcome page with your business name
- Create a password for their account
- Be redirected to the admin panel with their assigned role
PIN Login for POS
Staff members can also log into the POS using a PIN code:
- Each staff member can set a 4-6 digit PIN in their profile
- At the POS, tap Switch User or Clock In
- Enter the PIN to access the POS with their permissions
