Loyalty Tiers#

Tiers reward your most loyal customers with better benefits. Customers advance through tiers based on their total spending or points earned.

Default Tiers#

Customizing Tiers#

1. Go to Settings > Loyalty > Tiers
2. Edit tier names, thresholds, and multipliers
3. Add or remove tiers as needed
4. Save

Rewards Catalog#

Create rewards that customers can redeem with their points.

Creating a Reward#

1. Go to Loyalty > Rewards
2. Click New Reward
3. Enter:
   • Name - What the reward is (e.g., "Free Coffee")
   • Points Cost - How many points to redeem
   • Description - Details about the reward
   • Available - Whether the reward is currently active
4. Click Create

Reward Types#

Redeeming Rewards#

At the POS:

1. Link a customer to the order
2. Tap Redeem Reward
3. Available rewards appear based on the customer's points
4. Select a reward to apply it
5. Points are deducted from the customer's balance

Managing the Program#

Viewing Statistics#

The loyalty dashboard shows:

• Total enrolled customers
• Points issued this month
• Rewards redeemed this month
• Tier distribution

Pausing the Program#

To temporarily pause the loyalty program:

1. Go to Settings > Loyalty
2. Toggle Loyalty Program off
3. Points stop being earned but balances are preserved
