Set up a loyalty program for your customers

Overview

OXOCO includes a built-in loyalty program that rewards returning customers with points they can redeem for rewards.

How Points Work

  • Customers earn points on every purchase
  • Points accumulate in their customer profile
  • Points can be redeemed for rewards from your catalog
  • Point values and earning rates are configurable

Earning Points

By default, customers earn 1 point per dollar spent. You can customize this:

  1. Go to Settings > Loyalty
  2. Set the Points per Dollar rate
  3. Save

Spending Points

Customers spend points on rewards you create. For example:

  • 100 points = Free coffee
  • 500 points = 10% discount
  • 1000 points = Free main course

Customer Enrollment

Customers are added to the loyalty program when:

  1. At the POS - Staff creates a customer profile and links it to an order
  2. Self-registration - Customer provides their phone number or email

Adding a Customer at POS

  1. During an order, tap Add Customer
  2. Enter the customer's name and phone number
  3. The customer profile is created and linked to the order
  4. Points are earned automatically

Viewing Customer Points

  • Admin Panel: Go to Customers and select a customer to see their points balance and history
  • POS: When a customer is linked to an order, their points balance is shown
