Points & Rewards
Set up a loyalty program for your customers
Overview
OXOCO includes a built-in loyalty program that rewards returning customers with points they can redeem for rewards.
How Points Work
- Customers earn points on every purchase
- Points accumulate in their customer profile
- Points can be redeemed for rewards from your catalog
- Point values and earning rates are configurable
Earning Points
By default, customers earn 1 point per dollar spent. You can customize this:
- Go to Settings > Loyalty
- Set the Points per Dollar rate
- Save
Spending Points
Customers spend points on rewards you create. For example:
- 100 points = Free coffee
- 500 points = 10% discount
- 1000 points = Free main course
Customer Enrollment
Customers are added to the loyalty program when:
- At the POS - Staff creates a customer profile and links it to an order
- Self-registration - Customer provides their phone number or email
Adding a Customer at POS
- During an order, tap Add Customer
- Enter the customer's name and phone number
- The customer profile is created and linked to the order
- Points are earned automatically
Viewing Customer Points
- Admin Panel: Go to Customers and select a customer to see their points balance and history
- POS: When a customer is linked to an order, their points balance is shown
