Overview
Delivery zones define the areas you deliver to and the fees charged for each area. OXOCO calculates delivery fees automatically based on the customer's address.
Creating a Delivery Zone
- Navigate to Settings > Delivery Zones
- Click New Zone
- Enter:
- Zone Name (e.g., "Downtown", "Suburbs")
- Delivery Fee - The fee for this zone
- Minimum Order (optional) - Minimum order value for delivery
- Estimated Time - Expected delivery time
- Click Create
Zone-Based Pricing
Each zone has its own delivery fee:

| Zone 1 (0-3km) | $1.00 | $5.00 | 20 min |
| Zone 2 (3-7km) | $2.50 | $10.00 | 35 min |
| Zone 3 (7-15km) | $5.00 | $15.00 | 50 min |
How Fees Are Applied
- Staff selects Delivery in the POS
- Enters the customer's address
- The system matches the address to a zone
- The delivery fee is added to the order total
- If the order is below the minimum, a warning appears
Free Delivery
To offer free delivery for a zone:
- Set the delivery fee to $0.00
- Optionally set a minimum order amount
Disabling Delivery
To temporarily stop deliveries:
- Go to Settings > Delivery Zones
- Toggle Delivery Enabled off
- The delivery option disappears from the POS and customer menu
