Overview
OXOCO tracks inventory at the menu item level. When an order is placed, stock is automatically decremented. When stock reaches zero, the item is marked unavailable.
Enabling Stock Tracking
- Edit a menu item
- Toggle Track Stock on
- Enter the Current Stock level
- Set the Low Stock Threshold (triggers alerts)
- Save
How Auto-Decrement Works
When an order is submitted:
- Each item's stock is reduced by the ordered quantity
- If stock reaches the low threshold, an alert is triggered
- If stock reaches zero, the item is automatically hidden from menus

- Current stock level
