QR Code Generation
Every table in OXOCO automatically gets a unique QR code. When scanned, it opens the customer ordering menu linked to that specific table.
Downloading QR Codes
- Go to Tables in the admin panel
- Click on a table
- Click Download QR Code
- Print and place on the table
Bulk Download
To download all QR codes at once:
- Go to Tables
- Click Export QR Codes
- A PDF with all table QR codes is generated
- Print and cut for each table
QR Code Contents
Each QR code encodes a URL like:
https://oxoco.com/q/ABC123
This short URL redirects to your business menu with the table pre-selected.
Table Status in Detail
Available
- No active orders assigned
- Ready for new customers
- Shown in green in the POS
Occupied
- Has one or more active orders
- Shows the order total and item count
- Shown in orange in the POS
- Staff can add more items to the existing order
Needs Attention
- Triggered when an order has been waiting too long
- Staff should check on the table
- Shown in red in the POS
Table Transfer
Move an order from one table to another:
- Open the order in the POS
- Tap Transfer Table
- Select the new table
- The order moves and table statuses update
