Creating a Category#

1. Navigate to Menu > Categories
2. Click New Category
3. Enter the category name in English and Khmer
4. Set the display order (lower numbers appear first)
5. Click Create

Managing Categories#

Editing#

Click on any category in the list to edit its name, order, or status.

Reordering#

Change the Sort Order field to rearrange categories. Categories with lower numbers appear first in the POS and customer menu.

Deactivating#

Toggle the Active switch to hide a category from menus without deleting it. Deactivated categories and their items will not appear in the POS or customer menu.

Creating a Menu Item#

1. Navigate to Menu > Items
2. Click New Item
3. Fill in the details:
   • English Name - How it appears in English
   • Khmer Name - How it appears in Khmer
   • Category - Select from your categories
   • Price - The base selling price
   • Description (optional) - Shown on customer menu
4. Click Create

Item Photos#

Add a photo to make your menu more appealing:

1. Edit a menu item
2. Click the Photo upload area
3. Select an image (JPEG or PNG, max 2MB)
4. The image is automatically resized and optimized

Photos are displayed on the customer QR menu and can optionally appear on the POS.

Managing Availability#

Control which items appear on menus:

• Available toggle - Show/hide the item
• Stock tracking - When stock reaches zero, the item is automatically marked unavailable
• Items can be made available again at any time

Bulk Actions#

From the items list, select multiple items to:

• Change category
• Toggle availability
• Delete items
