Configure your OXOCO account and business profile

Business Profile

Your business profile is the foundation of your OXOCO account. It determines how your business appears to customers and staff.

Basic Information

Navigate to Settings > Business to configure:

Field Description
Business Name Displayed on receipts and customer menus
Business Type Restaurant, Cafe, Salon, Spa, Gym, or Retail
Phone Contact number for customers
Email Business email for notifications
Address Physical address for delivery and maps
Logo Displayed on receipts and the customer menu

Language Settings

OXOCO supports multiple languages. Set your preferred languages under Settings > Languages:

  • Primary Language - The default language for your admin panel
  • Customer Languages - Languages available on the customer-facing menu
  • Supported: Khmer, English, Thai, Vietnamese

Currency

Under Settings > Currency, configure:

  • Primary Currency - USD or Khmer Riel
  • Display Format - Symbol position and decimal places

Locations

Each business can have multiple locations. Each location has its own:

  • Tables and floor plan
  • Inventory tracking
  • Staff assignments
  • Operating hours

Adding a Location

  1. Go to Settings > Locations
  2. Click New Location
  3. Enter the location name and address
  4. Set operating hours
  5. Mark one location as the default
